Deep red in colour and with an aroma marked by mature red berries, it has an engaging and surprising volume in the mouth which, given the grape variety in question, makes it even more impressive. Its acididity and tannin structure make long aging a possibility.
How best to enjoy:
Pairs very well with medium-strong cheese, oily fish or meat dishes. Best consumed at a temperature of 16–18ºC.
