Tinto Cão
Quinta de Ventozelo - RedAt Quinta de Ventozelo, every grape variety has a history. The Tinto Cão variety represents 5% of the 200 hectares of vineyards at Quinta de Ventozelo. One of the characteristics of this variety is its great resistance to very high temperatures, diseases and rot. Despite its low productivity, Tinto Cão expresses great quality in Ventozelo, which confirms the diversity of the terroir of this Quinta.

Tasting notes
This wine presents a beautiful bright ruby color. Very expressive and fruity on the nose, suggesting fruit bonbon, that extends throw the tasting. Likewise, the fresh vegetable notes appear on the palate, elegantly combined with silky tannins, but full of character, and balanced acidity.
How best to enjoy
This is an extremely versatile food wine, it pairs particularly well with Traditional Portuguese cuisine and finger food. Should be consumed at a temperature of between, 16 to 18ºC.
