Tasting Notes
One of the few red grape varieties. it is distinguished by its deep colour and notes of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry, blueberry and plum. On the palate, it reveals body, structure, lively acid and a prolonged finish.
How best to enjoy
It pairs perfectly with full-falvoured meat dishes and strong, mature cheese.
