Quinta de Ventozelo - Red
As the name indicates, this red reflects the very essence of Ventozelo: the sweetness of the fruit, the maturity provided by the terroir and the freshness of the Mediterranean forests. Made from two grape varieties from carefully selected batches, its long aging in barrels has refined the delicacy and sophistication shown from the beginning. A wine produced with all the patience and dedication of a work of art.

Tasting notes
A wine that has not yet fully developed in colour, with intense aromas of ripe black fruit and spices, particularly black pepper, coming to the fore. On the palate, it is vibrant, with round, supple tannins, alongside notes of fruit and a hint of spice.
How best to enjoy
A wine designed to accompany food which, given its complexity, pairs well with meat, game or spicy dishes. It should be served at between 16° and 18°C.
