Port Wine
If our Vintage is a force of nature bottled after two years, for the Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) we wait a little longer. The patience of waiting another 2 years to let this port evolve before being bottled gives it a very distinctive maturity and smoothness. LBV is therefore a different way to conserve and express Ventozelo’s fruit and freshness.
Tasting notes
This is a powerful wine both in terms of aroma – very fruity and with mentholated notes – and palate – soft and round, full and intense with a long and very fresh finish.
How best to enjoy
Can be aged for long periods (decades) or opened and enjoyed immediately.
