Branco de Ventozelo is a wine that combines the aromas and freshness of 3 of the Estate’s emblematic white grape varieties. To emphasise them and develop the experience of this wine even further, it was fermented and aged in wood before being bottled. A pure evocation of the Estate’s terraces.

Tasting notes
A complex and intense wine, with a pale golden colour and aromas of apricot and damson, with sweet, toasty undertones. It has excellent structure and acidity, with a long, balanced finish.
How best to enjoy
Pairs perfectly with oily fish, highly acidic dishes like ceviche and medium rich meat.
