At Quinta de Ventozelo, every grape variety has a history and the whites are no exception. Although adapted to the Douro’s climate and soils, the Gouveio grape variety is rarely used as a single variety in the region. Ventozelo has the ideal conditions to produce fresh wines with excellent texture and good bottle ageing potential.

Presenting a bright, pale yellow color with sutble greenish reflections, this wine reveals fresh cirtus aromas alongside delicate hints of orange blossom. On the palate, it opens with a broad presence and clean acidity, evolving into an expressive and well-balanced profile.
