Tasting notes
It has a light citrus colour with a nose of white flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is light and smooth with a mineral and fresh taste, and a long and very pleasant finish.
How best to enjoy
It can be served as an aperitif or paired with light fish and white meat dishes.
